Evening lovelies. After my rant about change at home I went to Ikea yesterday evening. Got myself a couple of new candle sticks, cushions and few baskets. Sometimes you only need to add a few details and then it feels like you’ve made a change. Sometimes though a big change can do a massive difference. Something I have wanted to do for a while is paint the floor in our bedroom. We rent, though, so that is a dream that probably won’t come true… But look how pretty this is.

Love that painted floor. I’ve been wanting to do almost a painted rug style of floor for a while, but have only managed the first step of painting most of it black… Oh well, we’ll get there one day!
